Patrick Foy

Patrick is a partner and principal of Midtown Realty, a longstanding Palo Alto real estate firm that he leads alongside Ryan Eltherington.

He has participated as a developer or broker in over $1 billion in real estate transactions throughout his career. Since August 2009, Patrick has led the acquisition, disposition, and renovation of more than 80 properties. He has partnered with two investors to generate strong returns and established disciplined reporting, selection, and renovation criteria that continue to guide successful investments.

Prior to acquiring and leading Midtown Realty, Patrick was the managing partner of Brierley Group, where he oversaw BFM Realty Group (a residential brokerage) and Brierley Investments (focused on project development). Earlier in his career, he managed real estate portfolios for Chrysler’s Sales & Service and Financial divisions.

Patrick earned a B.A. from Boston College, with a double major in Political Science and Economics and a minor in Philosophy.
