Ryan Eltherington was born in Bangkok, Thailand and moved shortly thereafter to Stanford where his father was a professor in the Medical School and led the Stanford Pain Clinic.

Growing up on the Stanford Campus, Ryan attended Nixon Elementary School, JLS Middle School, and Gunn High School. He received a BA from UC Santa Barbara before moving back to Silicon Valley to spend 15 years in high tech. His approach to real estate is highly data‑driven, shaped by his years in high tech business development. He brings that same rigor to real estate, helping clients understand value, timing, and opportunity with exceptional clarity.

In addition to Stanford, Ryan has spent time living in Menlo Park, Mountain View, San Francisco, and Palo Alto, so has intimate knowledge of the surrounding area. He currently lives in Los Altos Hills with his wife, Rachel Hanley, and their family.
